PINOY DREAM ACADEMY SEASON 2 kicks off!!

Last night was the opening of ABS-CBN’s hit reality show PINOY DREAM ACADEMY SEASON 2. The hosts were Tony Gonzaga, Nikki Gil which looked stunning that night and the latest kapamilya, the international star Billy Crawford which was entertaining and comical that night.

Many dared to audition and at least make it to the Dream Scholars but only t15 were chosen. Each of the called scholars performed that night but it was kind of funny since every called scholar cried and can’t seem to pull their self together while performing on stage, thus landing some flat notes, out of tune and melody and it was quite disappointing. But I know that they’re just overwhelmed and pretty much excited in entering the academy.

One of my favorites is Cris. She is very attractive, very sexy, very alluring and of course she has the voice to mesmerize everyone especially the guys. (Can’t help my self to drool every time I see her). Another favorite would be Bugoy. In my opinion, he is a dark horse. Although he doesn’t have the charisma unlike the rest of the gang but he has that powerful voice. I was amazed and moved by he’s performance and knowing his life and from where he came from, it must’ve been such a humbling experienced for him.

Below shows the newest Pinoy Dream Academy Scholars:

PINOY DREAM ACADEMY SEASON 2

Last year’s season was a major hit. Yeng Constantino was the Grand Dream Scholar who had stand out between the rests of the dream scholars. It was no doubt that she was going to win. We all knew that she had the charisma and the talent; she already had a hit song while she was still staying in the Dream Academy entitled Hawak Kamay. This song was a huge success that it was played almost every radio station in the country and was made a theme song by a hit movie Kasal, Kasali, Kasalo which was produced by Star Cinema. Played by the real-life couple, Judy Ann Santos and Ryan Agoncillo. The movie and its theme song bagged many awards including Best Picture and Best Theme Song.

This goes to show that Pinoy Dream Academy produced such a talented young actress that laid a strong punch in the music industry. No wonder many had auditioned and dreamed to be the next Grand Dream Scholar.

I’ve got a feeling that this season will surpass last year’s season. I wouldn’t be shocked if this season knocks the stat’s meter again and makes it to each and everyone’s tv screen. Well I guess Filipino viewer enjoys watching reality shows nowadays.
